Sally is a fantastic broker. She helped me find and purchase a beautiful 2-unit flat. She has a keen eye for housing specs and construction. We visited several places that looked nice (to my untrained eye), but she was quick to point out where there were probable structural issues. She also helped us brainstorm how we might best utilize or renovate a space. Sally was amazing from start to finish! As first time home buyers, we were initially intimidated by the whole process... until we met with Sally. She broke down the whole process for us, and worked so hard for us from start to finish. She was very proactive in finding us properties, knowledgeable during showings, and so smart and confident with putting a winning offer together! During negotiations, she really shined. She stayed calm and competitive and pretty much predicted every move the seller's agent made ahead of time. We loved the property so much, we were ready to pay over asking. But Sally advised us otherwise, and ended up getting us 20,000 under asking! She really knows her stuff, and we felt like we could completely trust her throughout the process.
